What to write about
You want work done. Brand strategy, identity, campaigns, content, social. Tell us what the problem actually is, not what you think the deliverable should be. If you already know the deliverable, tell us that too — we will say so if we disagree. There is more on how we work over on Services and Our Work.
Something is wrong with an order. Wrong size, damaged in transit, never turned up. Send the order number and what happened. The refunds and returns policy covers the formal version.
You want to write for us, or you want us somewhere. Podcasts, collaborations, guest pieces, speaking. Pitch the idea in the first two lines.
You just read something and had a reaction. Those are our favourite emails. Especially the ones that start “this happened to me last Tuesday”.
Response times, honestly
A couple of days, usually. Longer if it lands on a Friday afternoon, which is a thing we have written about at length. If a week goes by with nothing, send it again — it means the email got lost, not that we are ignoring you.
What we will not do
Free pitches, spec work, and “quick calls to pick your brain” that are really unpaid consulting. We wrote a whole piece about why. Nothing personal.
